From Real World US: "Coming May 5th, the "Bliss" collection is intended as a celebration of musical diversity that can hold together well as a conceptual whole. It's also a reminder that Real World's vision and mission has always been eclectic, mixing and cross-pollinating music from around the world, pushing the boundaries of the "World Music" debate to incorporate elements of late 20th century technology with traditional performance. Culled from Real World's nine year history, the tracks on Bliss have been seamlessly mixed together to create a truly global journey of over one hour's duration. These are contemplative, tranquil moments from the Real World catalog. Some tracks are well known by now, others less so, but all are exotic meditations in their own right, regardless of the culture they originated from.
