"A Voice from Heaven" was apparently given a theatrical release on 1 January 1999, although I don't know in what country.

The film includes performances in Pakistan, India, Canada and United States, and interviews with Rick Rubin, Michael Brook, Bally Sagoo and the Asian Dub Foundation.
